My name is Alison Johnson. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from Portland State University and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon.

I have a diverse background of clinical experience, including addictions & major mental health disorders, hospice care and behavioral healthcare in a primary care clinical setting. Simply put, I have spent my social work career in service of helping others live better--in whatever form that might take.

My approach to working with clients is eclectic, and I often draw upon systems theory, mindfulness, existential, narrative and ACT based interventions when looking for just the right tools help my clients move toward healing and self-understanding. I have a deep love for nature and am thrilled to finally be able to connect my therapy practice with this beautiful place we call Over The Moon Farms, located along the Milk Creek between Canby & Mulino OR.
